The CalmUnity

I had the pleasure of joining Timber on The CalmUnity Podcast to discuss anti-racism work, emotional healing, and the journey to belonging. With my comforting yet commanding presence, I strive to hold gentle, expansive space for women to learn emotional sovereignty and truly understand what it means to be anti-racist. In our conversation, I shared the belief that we can never truly belong to each other until we learn to belong to ourselves.

"Start now. Start where you are. Start with fear. Start with pain. Start with doubt. Start with hands shaking. Start with voice trembling but start. Start and don’t stop. Start where you are, with what you have. Just... start."
